What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?

Renters must be 25 years or older.

Is there a required interval between bookings?

Yes, there is a 6-hour buffer required between the end of one rental and the start of the next.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes! These are the discounts we have available:
7 days: 10%

15 Days: 15%

30 Days: 20%

Is a security deposit required?

Not at this time.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Shortest rental: 2 Days

Longest rental: As long as the renter needs.

How many miles are included with the rental?

Each rental includes unlimited miles per day.

What are your standard business hours?

Our regular hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, daily.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

Our delivery location is 6210 Wilkinson Blvd. Charlotte, N.C. 28214, and the cost is $12.00 included in the rental tabulation.

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-ups and returns are available 24/7.

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

No custom deliveries offered at this time.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes, pick-up and return are available 24 hours.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

Renters will enter the parking lot. The gates will open as they approach the gates. Follow the signs for “car share parking".

Park in any available space.

The bus will take you to the airport terminal or to the parking lot entrance.

Do you offer additional equipment or services? Any related fees?

Not at this time.

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

We offer unlimited mileage.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

$12 per day, except for spouses.

Spouses no cost. Must provide proof of marriage.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

Absolutely NO smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.).
Evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
We kindly ask: don't try to cover it up with fragrances—we will notice.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Each car has an EZ Pass transponder. Toll cost will be passed to the renter after the rental period is completed and the cost of the toll is determined by the toll operator. This may take up to two weeks to assess.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

A cleaning fee will be charged if the car is returned filthy or unreasonably dirty.
